Not because you are doing anything wrong… but because the way you’ve been coping, giving, striving or holding it all together is no longer sustainable.
This is the space where we begin to change that.
A little about me and my journey...
For years, I lived with constant anxiety.
It felt like a vice around my heart — I could never fully exhale.
I overthought everything. I second guessed myself constantly. I placed enormous pressure on myself to be perfect.
That pressure showed up everywhere:
in my relationship with food and my body
in the way I showed up in relationships
in the way I worked, gave and pushed through
From the outside I was functioning, but underneath I was exhausted.
What I know now is this:
Sustainable change doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from understanding how YOUR mind, body and nervous system are working - and learning how to work with them, not against them.
Because confidence, clarity and capacity don’t just live in your thoughts…
They live in your body.
My work sits at the intersection of:
Psychology and counselling → understanding patterns, behaviour and emotional responses.
Somatic and nervous system work → regulating stress and building internal safety.
Coaching and behaviour change → creating practical, sustainable shifts in how you live and work.
So that you can stop running on empty, set boundaries without guilt, feel grounded in yourself (even when life is full) and build a way of living and working that actually supports you.
A few things about me
I am a Fremantle-based coach, counsellor and holistic practitioner who loves time outdoors, soulful conversations, and being a Mum to my daughter Poppy.
I believe in blending science, soul, and lived experience - so my work is rooted in both professional qualifications and courses as well as embodied wisdom and experience.
My approach combines evidence-based tools with intuitive, embodied practices so that the changes you make are real, lasting and sustainable.

My work is grounded in both formal training and lived experience.
I hold qualifications in psychology, counselling, nutrition and health sciences, and continue to deepen my studies in somatic and embodiment-based approaches.
Over the past 2 decades, I’ve worked across coaching, mental health, and organisational settings - supporting individuals, teams and facilitators in high-impact roles.
